Both locations operate by appointment only.
If this is your first visit
You do not need to know which procedure you need. If you are new to odNOVA, bringing a new concern or considering a new type of treatment, begin with a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment.
If we already know each other, you are returning for a review or have one focused question, the shorter consultation may be sufficient.
Before booking
- —Appointments are for patients aged 18 and over.
- —Please be ready to provide an accurate medical history where relevant.
- —Booking an appointment does not guarantee that treatment will be clinically appropriate or performed that day.
- —A treatment may be modified, postponed or declined when that is the safer or more appropriate decision.
- —Please allow adequate time before an important event; visible recovery and bruising cannot be predicted precisely.
Deposits and appointment changes
Appointments require a deposit or booking fee. Where applicable, it is deducted from the treatment cost.
You may reschedule without losing the deposit up to 48 hours before the appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments normally result in the loss of the deposit, because that clinical time was reserved for you.
Deposits and booking fees are otherwise non-refundable. Any additional terms shown during booking form part of the appointment policy.
